NHO Vestfold og Telemark

NHO Vestfold and Telemark is one of 10 regional offices within the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO), Norway’s largest organisation for employers. Our members are connected to one of our 16 different Sectoral Federations, which provide advice and assistance in business-related matters. NHO Vestfold and Telemark represents 2100 member companies within the region, in cooperation with the Sectoral Federations and local unions.
NHO represents a diverse number of employers. Entrepreneurs, large and small family-owned businesses and executives in larger corporations are all members of our organisation.

The direction of NHO’s work is decided by member representatives. Business managers hold positions in boards, committees and working groups, and ensure that the organisation engage in issues that concern the employers and their businesses.
Political influence and lobbyism are central parts of our mission. NHO represents members in collective bargaining with labour unions. We support our members with a large selection of benefits. They include legal assistance, employment counselling, protection of trademark and design, tutorials, networking opportunities and solutions for pension and insurance.
